Dealing well with conflict is a core requirement for church leaders, essential for our well-being and the effectiveness of church and missional communities. In this live interactive training Brett will cover our reactions to conflict, ‘rules of engagement’ for one-to-one conflict, and three common group dynamics that generate conflict and how to deal with them.
