Public Notice of Omnibus Scheme of Disposal
The Trustees have prepared an Omnibus Scheme of Disposal to amend the terms of six trusts to allow both capital and income to be used for the purposes of the trusts.
The Commission of General Assembly, utilising the power to vary certain charitable church trusts under Part 1 of the Presbyterian Church Property Amendment Act 1996, has approved the Scheme and instructed the Trustees to issue public notice.

People have 60 days to object, making the deadline for objections 29 December 2026.
Final approval for the Scheme will be considered by the PCANZ General Assembly in October 2026.
