Presbytery Training Reflection
Our first presbytery training event of the year was a great success. We had 45 in attendance, 6 ministers and the rest were elders. Attending this day was well worthwhile. Darryl Tempero led us well with an engaging spirit, helping us to explore issues of discernment and problem solving. We are privileged to have such people in our midst who can prompt new possibilities.
The approaches shared were fresh and participatory. As a church we need to be willing to continue to explore and consider. There is real value in coming together, building relationship and learning from one another.
Make a point of attending our next training day, which is on the 17th of August where we will look at Team Dynamics and Leadership with a focus on conflict management
