Fairfield Presbyterian Parish is seeking a Ministry Team Leader
A New Expression of Ministry
Help us step into a new season of ministry — discerning where God is leading us, developing leaders and building healthy, faithful, Gospel centred teams across our congregations.
YOU WILL HELP US:
- Prayerfully discern and lead - Seek God’s direction together and provide strategic leadership to help turn vision into action.
- Develop people and teams - Recognise gifts, equip leaders and help create a culture where people grow and thrive together.
- Nurture faith and mission - Contribute to worship and discipleship, and encourage people to
share the Gospel with our communities.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Loves Jesus | Develops people | Equips teams | Leads with humility
Someone grounded in Scripture and prayer, who listens well, brings people together and is passionate about helping people follow Jesus.
We welcome expressions of interest from a broad range of ministry backgrounds, training and experience, including Nationally Ordained ministers and those with theological education and significant Christian leadership experience.
